Features:

The automatic piston pressure gauge can automatically carry out the whole calibration process including pre-loading, loading, load-keeping, load-decreasing, unloading to zero and recycling, etc. In the meantime, the system can automatically correct the load in accordance with local acceleration of gravity, density of air, real time temperature of piston, rigidity variations of the piston and difference of liquid level, etc. that may affect the accuracy of the pressure. There are two constant-temperature units: oil bath and air bath of different types for users to select. After the setup of pressure, temperature, constant temperature time, temperature points and other parameters, the calibration process then can be automatically controlled.

The system can also provide customers with pressure course curve and temperature course curve for dynamic view of the calibration so that the operators can learn its working status at any moment. Users can calibrate their pressure gauges in accordance with the calibration regulations and formats stipulated in JJG-09 Electronic Downhole Pressure Gauge.

The device employs super and standard cabinet, elegant and pleasant. Weights and other main components are all made of stainless steel.
