I.     Functions:

SZJ-II Multi-parameter Drilling Instrumentation System is manufactured by JPIM for various drilling rigs, and is mainly used to measure and display the variations of different engineering parameters during the drilling process and assist the driller to monitor the working status of the drilling rig.

       The system consists of sensors, bus contacts, front-end drillers console (with PC104 built-in computer, touch-screen LCD display) and computer terminal in the tool pushers office.

II.   Features:

1.        Modularized structure and easy extension. Various parameters can be combined in accordance with the requirement of the customers;

2.        Equipped with a built-in PC/104 industrial control computer, all the data can be acquired and processed in a reliable way.

3.        The front-desk monitor software can acquire and process 30 original parameters and 20 derivative parameters. Users can set up the alarm threshold values of relevant parameters to realize acoustic and optical alarm.

4.        The human-friendly design of the monitor software can help the driller to switch among different display modes, such as simulated dials, digital display and curve display;

5.        Wide TFT LCD touch screen, human-machine dialog operation and ideal visual effect.

6.        The background monitoring software can perform real-time monitoring, acoustic and optical alarming and remote display; the reports and curves of all parameters can be displayed (in real time), saved and printed;

7.        As all the composing parts of the system are connected through the CAN bus, it is easy to conduct field installation, adjustment and maintenance;
