SG5 Memory Dynamometer is divided into two types. One type can only be used when the pumping unit is shut down. The other type can be used without shutting down the pumping unit.

The SG5 Memory Dynamometer which requires the shut-down of the pumping unit for its operation are subdivided into two kinds: one-compact-body type and separate-body type (primary instrument is separated from secondary instrument).
