SNJ CEMENT TRUCK MUD MONITORING SYSTEM

1. Application Areas

SNJ Cement Truck Mud Monitoring System is mainly used to meter pump pressure, injection flow and etc. for workover operation or cement truck.

2. Features

(1) Display at real time pump pressure, theoretical transient displacement, theoretical accumulated displacement, actual transient displacement and accumulated displacement, current working time and accumulated working time of pump, current working time and accumulated working time of diesel engine.

(2) Display at real time changes of pump pressure vs time for judgment of pressure change.

(3) Provide audible alarm when pump pressure is too high and cut off pump clutch (controlled via solenoid valve pneumatic channel) to change working status of pump. When the pressure reaches the limited, the system will give alarm and depressurizing signals. Alarm value can be modified.

(4) Check SPM signal with the system and calculate working time and accumulated working time of pump of this time; check signals at D+ terminal of charging generator and judge and calculate working time and accumulated working time of the generator.

(5) Measured data can be transmitted to the management computer (Optional) via serial port communication to analyze relevant working status. 24hours pump pressure, transient displacement and other working parameters can be stored.

(6) Man-machine interaction operation interface makes the operation easy and convenient.
