IDS2000 Drilling Instrumentation System is developed and co-manufactured by American Petron Inc. and Hubei Jianghan Petroleum Instrument & Meter Co., Ltd.(JPIM) for various drilling rigs and workover rigs to test and display hook load, weight on bit, rotary torque, standpipe pressure, tong torque, Rotary RPM, SPM Pump #1,2 &3, accumulated SPM, inlet mud volume, total mud in, mud return flow, mud pit 1# ~ 6 # volume, total mud pit volume, content of total hydrocarbon, and H2S, position of traveling block, well depth and other parameters during drilling, and help the driller to judge the operating situation of drilling rigs.

All the parameters are acquired, calibrated, displayed and alarmed through IDS2000 System and then the data are transmitted to PNT software by remote communication for display, record, alarm and print. The key data acquisition control (as IDS2000 unit), display and relevant processing software of the system are from American Petron Inc. to ensure high technology and performance.
