SG5- Memory Dynamometer adopts advanced 96 series  SCM (Single Chip Micyoco) and power saving parts, integrates data acquisition and display, and mainly used to test the displacement & load and displacement & current dynamometer diagrams of pumping wells, and real time displays these diagrams at the well site for engineers and technicians to analyze the well conditions.

  

Functions:

1.      Measure and acquire Displacement-Load dynamometer diagrams;

2.      Measure and acquire Displacement-Current dynamometer diagrams;

3.      Display the acquisition data at real time;

4.      Dynamometer diagrams and current data can be stored and retrieved;

5.      Retrieval of the database of well names;

6.      Direct drive of LQ-300K printer;

7.      Communicate with the computer for display, process and print of data

Main Features:

1. Compact body, proper structure and be portable;

2. Convenient measuring, no extra cables needed for displacement-load dynamometer diagrams;

3. The measuring results can be observed through the liquid crystal screen;

5. All the data can be stored in the Flash Memory and thus no data will get lost;

6. It is widely used and divided into two types (one needs shut down the pumping unit (Shutdown Type), and the other one doesnt (Non-shutdown Type));

 8. Well names searching speeds up well name input and simplifies operation;

 9. Timed by automatic clock CMOS chip, and can also manually set up the year, month and day;

10. Adjust the contrast of the LCD by digital potentiometer.
