SBY-Q Automatic Pressure Gauge calibrator is one of the newly developed high- tech products manufactured in our factory. It uses the distributed control system (DCS), integrates multipoint data acquisition and multiplex real time control, automatizes the manual operation of weight increase and decrease and manual revolving of the lead screw of the conventional piston pressure gauge. It employs the computer-controlled pneumatic mechanical hands to increase and decrease the weights, adjust and compensate pressure, it also can automatically increase temperature, multisection regulate PID, multipoint automatically correct the temperature, and adopt simulate clock. The whole process of temperature and pressure increase is automatic. It can satisfy the calibration and check of different kinds of electronic pressure gauges, mechanical pressure gauges, thermometers and 200J pressure gauges.
