Model SBZ-B1 portable calibrator of weight indicator is designed to satisfy the quick calibration needs of various kinds of weight indicator. It can calibrate any kinds of secondary instrument of hydraulic pressure weight indicator and correct the chart recorder. The equipment adopts portable structure and equipped with hand by-pass pump and adjuster. It is easy in operationstrong in functionsmall in sizelight in weightquick in pressure improvinglarge in memory capacity and the pressure can be adjust to any value. Standard calibration and quick calibration methods make it more convenient and vivid in operation. It can communicate with computer and the data can be processed and output by the computer.

 Structure:

 1. The equipment is consisted of hand by-pass pump (with sensitive pole piston) pressure test systemmonolithic computer of data processingdisplaying and store system, key boardpower supplydouble-use transition connector (suitable for different pipe) suitcasecomputer (selectable).

2.  The hand by-pass pump is used to supply pressure on the secondary instrument of weight indicator.

3.  The pressure test and display system is used to test and display the added pressure as a standard pressure source.

4.  The monolithic computer is used to processdisplay and store the data.

5.  The keyboard is used to input letter and control the program to run in order.
