Main Use and Application Area :SDG Wireline Ton-km indicating system can be used on various workover rigs and drilling rigs. Variations of Hookload and travelling block height in the working process of workover rigs and drilling rigs are measured and displayed in digital mode and the system then calculate ton-km values in accordance with current hookload and height values. It can help the driller to learn about the working status of wrokover / drilling rigs. When the ton-mile value is too big, the system will remind the driller that the wire line being used is over worn and should be replaced with a new one. The system is equipped with alarm function. When hook load or travelling block height reaches the setting alarm values, the alarm will sound to prevent the hook being over loaded and the travelling block being lifted too high, thus avoid safety accidents.

SDG Wireline Ton-km Indicating System consists of travelling block height sensor, pressure transducer (8MPa), data acquisition and display unit (alarm included) and cables.
