I.Application Areas:
  SBZ-D1 calibrator for multi-parameter drilling instrumentation system is mainly used to calibrate various multi-parameter drilling instrumentation systems, drilling and workover weight indicators, and tension meters. It can calibrate all kinds of primary instruments, secondary instruments as well as complete unit of drilling instrumentation system and weight indicators. Tong torque gauge (hydraulic tail-line type), standpipe pressure gauge and tension meter can also be calibrated with this unitm. It can also be used as a common tensile tester and pressure tester.

II.Features:
  1.With high accuracy and multiple functions, it can meet calibration requirements of drilling/workover weight indicators, multi-parameter drilling instruments and tension meters;
  2.With three operation models (semi-auto, auto and manual), its operation is flexible and convenient.
  3.As the controlling software features all-graphic interfaces with strong functions, digital readings, analogue pointers, clear and visual keys, the operation is quite easy.
  4.As loading and unloading are realized through mechanical transmission, and speed adjustment and control is done with variable frequency technology, the system enjoys high operation speed, stable working process, reliability and safety.
  5  .Equipped with computerized controlling technology, the system is highly automatic. It can process and print out the calibration results automatically.
  6.Travel control and multi-protection measures (hardware and software) can efficiently protect the system from being overloaded and over-pressurized.
